Subscriber Ticket Exchange Policy

Subscribers must request exchanges 24 hours in advance of original performance date. Day-of performance requests are subject to a $5 per ticket fee in addition to any applicable upgrade fee.

Post-date accommodations are subject to a $5 per ticket fee, in addition to any applicable upgrade fee, and are made at the discretion of the box office manager.
