for season subscribers & FLEX PASS HOLDERS ONLY
FOR season subscribers

Season subscription tickets can be exchanged for any other performance of the same play.

If you move your tickets to a more expensive performance you must pay the difference in price.

The deadline for exchanges is 5:00 pm the day prior to your scheduled performance; after this time a fee of $10 per ticket will be assessed (in addition to any difference in price).

There is no service fee for exchanges.

Exchanges are subject to seating availability.

If you miss your performance for any reason, you may be re-ticketed, based on availability, for $20 per ticket. If you move your tickets to a more expensive performance you also must pay the difference in price.
FOR flex pass holders

Flex Pass tickets can be exchanged for any other performance of the same play.

The deadline for exchanges is 5:00 pm the day prior to your scheduled performance; after this time a fee of $10 per ticket will be assessed.

BY PHONE
Please call the box office at 401-723-4266 with your original tickets or e-tickets in hand, as well as a credit card number in case you are moving into a higher priced performance. We will help you find a new date and seats. Important: Please throw away or delete your original tickets to avoid seating confusion.
In Person
If exchanging at the box office, bring your original tickets (for paper tickets) and credit card so you may exchange them immediately for your new tickets.
